We are centrally located near Monticello High School off of US 425 on Jordan Drive. At our Monticello location, we offer Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Pediatrics, and Women's Health services for your convenience. We provide childhood immunizations, behavioral health therapy, psychiatric medication management, OB/gynecological services, chronic care management, and much more all in one location. We can also do in-house bloodwork and x-rays for all of your diagnostic needs.
